Manufactured Products - Since 1959, the company has specialized in the design and manufacture of filtration and separation equipment for marine and naval applications. Working with US and Canadian Naval Ship Prime Contractors, we ensure our products are designed to meet and exceed the specifications and regulations of the particular application. With more than 30 years of experience in research and development, our equipment includes oily water separators and polishers, reduction gear lube oil systems and related equipment. Installations range from simple in-line filters to duplex coalescers that automatically change over from clogged filter elements to clean ones. They come complete with service indicators, pressure and temperature gauges, and other features. The equipment can accommodate flow rates from 0.1 gpm to 2000 gpm with designs to 4000 gpm. For the last five years, AA&E has continued to supply a variety of filtration and separation equipment for the US Navy's DDG-51 Arleigh Burke-class Guided Missile Destroyer program. Most recently, our business partnerships has allowed us to supply additional products beyond the filtration and separation application. With our in-house design and engineering capabilities and contract administration support, AA&E has proven capable of providing a product to fulfill a wide variety of needs. We also provide a wide range of support parts for our equipment and many other requirements, from valves to sight gauges to electrical control panels and more. Our Technical Sales and Service Division functions as a stocking distributor for products manufactured by others. Selling equipment to the Canadian aerospace industry, this division has distribution rights for aircraft electrical, avionics, and fuel accessories produced by divisions of leading component manufacturer. Items include heading reference units, land navigation systems, and a wide range of other commercial and military related products. In addition, AA&E supplies, repairs and overhauls air conditioning systems for various aircraft as well as communication and medical shelters. AA&E is an authorized repair facility for a wide variety of manufacturer's products and work within the requirements of ISO 9000.
